An Unicorne

Inspired by one of Mary Queen of Scots' many embroideries worked while imprisoned. Not a stitch-for-stitch reproduction, but a close tribute. An homage to the Red Queen herself.

Model stitched 1 over 2 on 40 count mallow linen. Substituted Dinky Dyes 61 Pearl for the unicorn body, charted as DMC 3770.

140 x 140 stitches. Finished size 6.75" square.
